Infrastructure
Dyeing Process House:
KVTMPL is among the few synthetic yarn manufacturers possessing its own dyeing process house. When manufacturers outsource their production, they face challenges. One of the major drawbacks is that one cannot control the quality of dyes, which compromises its quality. Another problem faced is that there's often a shade variation which causes huge losses to the manufacturer. This is why; KVTMPL prides itself on producing quality yarn which customers can totally rely upon.
Research & Development:
We own a state-of-the-art R&D department that continuously works towards developing new shades following cost effective processes. The vast infrastructure facilities help to manufacture a wide range of yarn variants like - 100% Polyester / Polyester-Acrylic (PA) / Acrylic-Polyester (AP) / 100% Acrylic / Polyester-Viscose (PV) etc. in different blends and counts.
Packing Pattern and Accuracy:
KVTMPL manufactures yarn and stocks it in different categories like cones and hanks to be packed in categories like cartons, bags and pallets.
Cones are manufactured in different sizes from 2kg to 5kg each while hanks are in 5kg.
- These are also customized as per customer requirements.
- Normally, hanks are packed in bags that hold weight of up to 60kgs and cones are placed in cartons
- Bags which weigh 45kgs to 64kgs and in pallets may be up to 1300kgs or as per requirement.
- We ensure proper checking of cartons/bags to avoid any form of problems. We follow a two way confirmation - one at the cone level where product details on labels are stuck; and secondly, every carton/bag is bar-coded.
- These bags are scanned and transferred to the finish godown and the required data is stored.
- Because of this system, accuracy levels, both in packing and POS, have become very high.

Infrastructure
GIUPL is the pillar of SPNG Group in the steel manufacturing segment which produces heavy structural steel and TMT bars with high axial and load bearing capacity, designed with standard nominal depth and dimensional accuracy.
With the latest technology, high-end machinery, and equipment, we produce top-notch quality steel products. Different quality testers are put in place to evaluate and analyse the quality of our products. All this is done to ensure that we only deliver the best to our valuable customers.
Machinery
Continuous Casting machine: We own continuous casting machine that enables fast, efficient and high productivity of steel manufacturing. We also possess the 9*16 meter radius casting stands that are well integrated with rolling mills which allow ease in the manufacturing process.
International Standard Furnaces: We have imported the Ladle Refining Furnaces from Danieli, Italy to provide the international quality which in turn has set high standards of our production process.
Universal Rolling Mills: Superior quality product is made available with our Universal Rolling Mills integrated with casting machines and other machineries. They ensure continuous and efficient production process.
Induction Route: We ensure precise and regulated products of steel in desired grades and sizes by using the efficient induction route for melting the metal to produce accurate sized ingots and billets.
Techno-testers: INDOSTAR™ is in sync with the latest technology and processes to ensure quality output. Superior value is provided to customers with multiple technologically advanced quality testers and analysis facilities.
Techno-savvy Labs: We have technologically efficient labs that have facilities like spectrometer, UTM and camera fitted microscope for finely filtered quality that provide durable products.
Excellent Quality Testers: We have different quality testers like hardness testers, wet analysis facilities and more, that live up to the international standards of excellence.
