The production process


This is a process that is divided into three stages. Here’s a closer look:

Pre-spinning

01. Flakes out of waste

Bottles collected from various sources and States are sorted out & wasted. Then the caps & labels are separated & only naked bottle is fade to polymer sorter to separate different polymers from PET, further, these bottles are crushed out into small pieces of size 5-15 mm. It is further washed & dying and packed in bags for making Fibre.

02. Flakes to spun tow

The dried flakes of stage 1 is fade into hopper & subsequently passed through dryer & crystalized to remove moisture & than is fed to extruder. The flakes are melting in extruder & this molten paste is passed through spinnerette (of required hole dia) & then it is collected into cans for further process.

03. Making of Final Products

The tow cans are laid in series in draw line & these how are passed through various drafting rolls & anealer rolls & then dried in relaxa. It is then passed through circular cutter in required length & collected in bale at bailer. At bailer, these bales are strapped & auto weight and computerized lot no and weighment slip is printed and pasted on bale.
